Terms of Service

1. What Fitkolo is

Fitkolo (“the Service”, “we”) is a mobile application and related services that help fitness trainers and clients find each other, match by mutual consent, communicate, and arrange training sessions. Fitkolo is operated from Ukraine. Contact: support@fitkolo.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Fitkolo.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login credentials safe.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. Trainers and clients

Fitkolo is a matching platform only. Training sessions, their price, location, quality and any payment for them are agreed strictly between the trainer and the client. Fitkolo is not a party to that agreement, does not process payments between users, does not employ trainers, and does not verify professional certifications unless explicitly stated in the app.

5. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual content in profiles, photos, videos or messages.
• No impersonation, fake profiles, spam, advertising of third-party services, or scraping.
• No content that infringes someone else's rights (including photos you have no right to use).
• We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. You can report or block any user in the app.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you upload. You grant Fitkolo a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display and transmit that content solely to operate the Service (for example, showing your profile to potential matches). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account). Deletion anonymises your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. Physical training carries inherent risks — consult a physician before starting a training programme and use your own judgement when meeting anyone through the app, especially in person. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitkolo is not liable for disputes, injuries, damages or losses arising between users, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
